Please note

We do not do lashes over another lash artist's work. If you have lashes on that are not done by us you MUST book for a removal.

Also, if you'd like a pop of color and/or glitter lashes please do not forget to press on ADD ONS. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH US

PRIOR TO BOOKING

  • A deposit is required to have your appointment confirmed. The deposit amount does depend on the price of the service. The remaining balance will be paid at the end of your service.
  • Please be on time. A courtesy period of 10 minutes will be given to each client for every appointment. After the 10 minutes your deposit will be not be refunded/transferred and the appointment will be cancelled.
  • If decided to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must notify us 48 hours in advance! Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded/transferred.
  • For safety and sanitation purposes NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed. 

PREPARING FOR LASH YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • If you wear waterproof mascara, please discontinue use 3 days prior to the day of your appointment.
  • Please make sure your lashes are clean and you have NO makeup on. APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES
  • We suggest arriving fully showered with clean hair. You will not be able to wet your lashes for 24 hrs after application for the best results.
  • If you wear contacts we suggest using the glasses the day of your appointment.
  • AVOID Caffeine/stimulants. It will prevent you from staying calm and relaxed during your appointment. Which can affect our crafts!
  • We accept CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, AND/OR CHIP CARD.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • If you can no longer make it to your appointment please advise 48 hours before your appointment.
  • You will not receive your deposit back if you do not tell us 48 hours before the day of your appointment.
  • If we reschedule your appointment and you do not show to your rescheduled appointment you will be charged the remaining amount of the service. 


REFILLS

  • If you come to your refill appointment with less than 40% of your lashes. You will be expected to pay for a full set!
  • PLEASE take good care of your lashes ladies so your natural lashes can remain healthy and last. Good retention begins with you!!

PLEASE BE ON TIME

  • Keep in mind we have back to back appointments on a daily. If you are 10 minutes late and over we will NO LONGER take your appointment.
  • YES, your deposit for the appointment you were late to will be lost. ANOTHER  deposit will have to be made in order to make another appointment.
